Unopened Merchandise: No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned unopened.
Opened Merchandise: A 20 % restocking will apply to all opened items. Customer will bare 100% of the shipping cost to return the item. Merchandise must be in perfect physical and cosmetic condition. Additionally any and all original packaging must accompany the return. I.e.: instructions, parts etc.
